Clifford’s professional journey and cross-border experience offers clients a rare and valuable perspective. At 19, he launched his first company in Trinidad. While based in the United Kingdom, he founded Maximum Market Access (UK) Ltd., where he advised international firms entering the British market. In 2011, he established Sukiyaki and Co., now operating as CASlaw, an integrated legal and advisory platform focused on asset protection, tax structuring, and international strategy. His work includes advising on holding companies, private banking relationships, and the strategic use of offshore entities in long-term planning. Clifford is a member of the Association of Business Executives (UK) and a former UN negotiator. He is licensed to practise law in Canada (AB &SK), Trinidad & Tobago, and Guyana but originally trained in the UK.
